The ACE Program

ACE is an acronym for Anh/Chi/Em. The ACE program is our version of a big and little system. It is led by our ACE chair and the chosen ace committee of that semester.

To join our ACE program, you must submit an application. It is known to be long and tedious but it is very important you take your time on it. Our ACE chair and committee work hard to make the best pairings possible. ACE applications open at the beginning of every semester. You can join as a big or little, though many new members join as littles!

Disclaimer: Submitting an ACE application does not guarantee you a pairing. What you put into the ACE program is what you get out of it. We strive for the best pairings or no pairing at all.

ACE Lead Experiences

Kyle Tolbert

"My experience as an ace lead has allowed me to open up socially and given me an opportunity to lead. I've enjoyed it, meeting people, leading events and participating with other hard working individuals to create the most fun and social environment as possible. I'd definitely recommend applying for the position but keep in mind that it is a lot of work. It is not all fun and games but worth the experience no doubt."

Kenny Huynh

"Doing ace committee has been a lot of hard work but extremely rewarding in the end. I chose to do ace to give others amazing pairings and see how happy they get with their bigs and littles. Wouldn't have done it any other way!"

Sharon Tan

"Joining ACE Committee my junior year was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Before joining, I was on the brink of deciding whether or not to actually commit to be an ace lead, but thought to myself why not give it a try, and so I did. Being on ACE Committee was a lot of work for sure. Behind the scenes of reading apps, conducting interviews and pairing all the bigs and littles together, but it was also very rewarding at the same time. After experiencing a great semester of being on the committee, I decided to go for round 2 my spring semester. I got to meet so many new people and built a special bond with my ace groups, (shoutout to garlic parmesan and s’mores) most who I am still in touch with today. Being on the committee has truly helped me grow as a person and allowed me to put myself out there. It is a wonderful experience that I encourage those who are reading to definitely give it a try."
