The Vietnamese Student Association at San Jose State University (VSA at SJSU) aims to create a safe space that is welcoming to individuals of all races, religions, national origins, ethnicities, colors, ages, gender identities, marital status, citizenship, sexual orientations, disabilities, or creed. We expect that all of our members act with integrity and uphold the standards of Title IX. This contract serves to hold all members accountable for their actions and to assure that all members have a substantial understanding of Title IX. VSA at SJSU prohibits any and all violations of Title IX and is committed to protecting our members.

Failure to comply will result in immediate expulsion from the organization and a permanent ban for any and all future events pertaining to VSA.
